Milburn have split :( No more gigs!
OK, remember this thing that’s been going on about purchasing the MP3 of 17 this week?
Well, now is the time!
You may have heard that the fans of the band are trying to say "Farewell Milburn" by challenging the chart for one last time.
All we ask is that you spare £0.79p towards a digital download of 17. This can be purchased from 7digital.com, iTunes or even HMV Digital (internet explorer onl, we prefer itunes or 7digital as it’s more reliable).

Why should I buy this MP3 , I already have it?
We are only asking this as a Farewell to Milburn. Most of us fans who are purchasing the MP3 already own the song in several formats. We only ask that you buy it at least once to rally up our total and hope to get Milburn into some sort of chart as a thank you to the band we all love.
What’s payment options do they accept?
7digital.com accepts all forms of payment including all major cards and even the popular PayPal.
iTunes and HMV.com accept all major credit/debit cards.
When should I buy it?
Any time between the 19th May to the 25th of May. After that the band have officially and finally split.
Why this week?
Because it’s the week of the final gigs (Glasgow and Sheffield), so it’s the most appropriate time to do it!
Milburn will appear on SoccerAM in ten days time (22nd September) and will appear as guests this time, rather than on the YorkshireNews feature which they appeared on last year.

10-04-07 - Tour Date Changes
Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond the bands control, the gig at Lincoln University has had to be cancelled. We have also been made aware that the gig at Preston is actually a closed University show and not open to the general public. We apologise to everyone who was looking forward to these shows and hope that you can make it another date on the tour.

We have recently added the Official lyrics to the album over in the lyrics section.
All that’s missing is the Special edition tracks because the official lyrics weren’t released and we can’t work out what Carnall’s saying half the time!

Second of all Milburn will be playing The Marketplace at Warwick University on 3rd October as part of their Freshers Week celebrations. The gig is open to the general public though. For more details go to Warwick Uni SU’s myspace page here.
And Third of all we’ve finally got the confirmation on the limited edition so here are the details on how to get it.
The first pressing will be the limited edition version only, the standard version will not be sent out until reordering begins, so if you’ve pre-ordered it or buy it from the shops just after release you should get your hands on it.
